Previous cesarean sections with myometrial damage greatly increases the chances of placenta accreta. An emergency approach to its management is necessitated. In this paper we will detail out whether MRI is still required for the diagnosis or prenatal diagnosis though ultrasound is capable of diagnosing placenta accreta.
